The In-N-Out mobile ordering concept would allow customers to place orders from their mobile device and pickup at their selected In-N-Out location. Users would be able to favorite locations, view menu items, and customize their orders. The challenge: Keeping the brand’s simplicity, making ordering and customization actions easy as possible.

Brand Guidelines & User Flows

Everyone is familiar with the In-N-Out visual branding: The red and white color-way, palm tree patterned cups, and neon yellow arrow signs on the building. Inside, customers are greeted by the palm tree patterned wallpaper and white uniforms, it’s a West Coast establishment. These simple visuals prompt the memorable brand recognition that we all love. The following is a visual adaptation of these brand guidelines, the information gathered was put forth into the digital customer experience.
